We truly want to be "best in class"
- What does this mean to you our customer?
- What does this mean to you our supplier?
It means that we are going to treat both sides of our business with fairness and clearly spell out how we do business, so that we can all benefit. I guess that brings us to details.
How we strive to do what we say we will, is by putting it in writing. On the bottom of each receipt is an easy to read and understand statement of condition and our return policy.
Also our exceptions to any policies are also careful and clearly made.
- Televisions, high-end electronics, and surround sounds- For instance, our policy states sales are as-is without a return, but we make exception to this on televisions and high end electronics. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on these products. This is stated in our TV area and can be added to a receipt of such products at the time of purchase.
- Clothing- This item is also an exception as we offer a 24 hour exchange policy on these items. This is because the size or style may not be to your liking. Once the item is returned the next business day with tags present we will permit an exchange or even a Salvage Unlimited Gift Card for the value of the clothing item.
We want our customer to be satisfied with everything that they buy. We also offer and encourage small electrical items be check in our store prior to buying.
Vendors- We buy our products from different sources, from all around the country. We must treat them fairly to keep our supply chain full and for them to consistently have an outlet for their excess and returned items.
The next time you visit our stores remember that we work hard to be balanced and fair to all parties involved with our business.
